Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer of Learning Ally, responsible for overseeing every aspect of our People, Talent, and Culture policies. Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings thirty years of experience in the field. She's worked with leaders from all industries, helping them improve their businesses, particularly in times of high development. She served as an advisor to help translate the corporate and people strategies into goals, strategic plans and corporate-wide targets by focusing on organizational performance as well as employee engagement as well as change. She believes that learning is the primary aspect of the leadership process. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and mentored leaders who have demonstrated success and results. Her efforts helped cultivate cultures in organizations that promote learning innovation and positive changes for both individuals and teams. Annmarie is driven to volunteer her skills and resources to further assist Learning Ally's cause. In her spare time, she also provides support to a number of non-profit organisations. For instance, she is a member in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee who are dedicated to assisting women become leaders.
